These tasks will inspire you

• Leadership and development of a team of 8 employees in the areas of brewery and blending
• Ensuring smooth and timely production in compliance with defined quality, quantity, and time specifications
• Responsibility for the monitoring, control, and coordination of all production processes in the brewhouse and blending plant
• Continuous further development of the brewhouse and blending plant with a focus on increasing productivity, process optimization, and quality assurance
• Planning and coordination of maintenance and repair work in cooperation with the technical service
• Involvement in the development of new products and product concepts
• Promoting efficient and cross-departmental collaboration to optimize production processes

We look forward to this profile

• Completed vocational training with further education as a brewmaster
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in a responsible management position in the manufacturing food or beverage industry
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working with a strong sense of quality
• Strong technical understanding and in-depth knowledge of brewery and production technology
• Empathetic and team-oriented leader with high self-motivation and a sense of responsibility
• In-depth knowledge of SAP and very good user skills in MS Office
