We are looking for a Head of Daily Life Support (m/f/d) for the Michael-Hörauf-Stift in Bad Boll on a full-time basis.

• You organize and plan the support provided by the daily life assistants.
• You participate in personnel recruitment and lead your employees to achieve good performance.
• In addition, you provide professional support in the planning and implementation of care services.

• Completed 3-year vocational training or degree in household management, social work, therapy, or nursing, preferably with further training as a master craftswoman/operations manager (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with the household management and care-related topics within the framework of the Evangelische Heimstiftung's residential group concept
• Management and leadership experience
• Sense of responsibility, professionalism, and solution-oriented action
• Communication skills, team spirit, and empathy

• Attractive pay according to collective agreement:

  We adhere to the binding employment contract guidelines of Diakonie Deutschland.

• Annual special payment:
