Tasks

* Support the management team in strategic and operational tasks, particularly in the areas of personnel, finance, and company organization

* Responsibility for administrative processes, internal workflows, and organizational structures within the company

* Participation in financial planning, budget monitoring, and financial control, as well as preparing relevant documents for management and accounting

* Collaboration on HR-related tasks, including personnel administration, contract management, recruitment preparation, and internal communication

* Building, developing, and monitoring efficient administrative standards, processes, and quality guidelines

* Point of contact for internal departments and external partners regarding administrative, organizational, and financial matters

* Support in the development and implementation of company-wide projects, particularly in the areas of process optimization, digitalization, and structural development

* Bringing her existing expertise from the fields of finance, HR, and organization to support management and further develop the company structure

Qualification
