You enjoy working with systems, analyzing technical notifications and documenting precise?
In our emergency response and service control center, you connect technology, organization, and security. You evaluate alarm and disturbance reports and ensure that technical processes function reliably.
We will be located in Potsdam Babelsberg from May onwards. Until then, the workplace is Kleinmachnow.
Tasks
- Processing of technical alarm and disturbance reports
- 1st-Level-Support for internal technicians
- Analysis and prioritization of disturbances
- Connecting new devices to the alarm reception device
- Careful documentation of all processes
Qualification
- Tech affinity
- Very good German language skills (C1–C2)
- Structured and concentrated work style
- Availability for shift duty (24/7 system)
- Unblemished police driving license
- Fundamental knowledge of MS Office
