Head of Workshop -

Your Tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership of our workshop team (approx. 15 employees and apprentices)
• Scheduling of workshop orders
• Diagnosing and locating faults
• Result and quality controls
• Ensuring occupational safety
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the workshop
• Mentoring and training apprentices
• Regular participation in brand-specific further training and courses

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as a Mechatronics Technician and Diagnostician FA or Workshop Coordinator FA
• Several years of experience in a similar role (industry experience)
• Practice-oriented doer (leadership) with high customer orientation and enthusiasm
• Analytical, methodical, solution-oriented, and structured approach
• Good communication skills (negotiation skills and motivator)
• Likeable and engaging personality
• High degree of independence, sense of responsibility, reliability, and determination
