For a pharmaceutical production site in the Rhineland, we are looking for an experienced and committed leader to head the packaging production. In this role, you will oversee two production shifts and take responsibility for quality, efficiency, and team leadership - including deputy production leadership according to AMWHV. Your tasks: Ensuring a GMP-compliant, timely, and cost-optimized packaging production. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the packaging production team. Development and implementation of production processes and quality control measures. Coordination with other departments and stakeholders. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. Your profile: Proven experience in a similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical production processes and GMP guidelines. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
