Head of Security Technology, FFM, 90,000 - 110,000

Our client is one of the market leaders in the field of security technology and has been repeatedly awarded as one of Germany's best employers. On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Head (m/f/d) of Security and Video Technology. The team to be led consists of 10 team members whose professional backgrounds range from IT, electrical engineering, and system electronics.

Tasks

• Preparation of calculations and offers based on customer requirements
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team with a focus on the coordination and implementation of IT projects as well as the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of video systems
• Further development and expansion of the team depending on project requirements
• Participation in customer meetings
• Moderation of daily team meetings and distribution of tasks within the team
• Active participation in the team as well as independent execution of service activities such as commissioning, programming, and maintenance of video and security systems
• Budget planning for subsequent years

Qualifications

• Vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT specialist, IT system electronics technician) or a technical degree (e.g., computer science) or a comparable qualification (e.g., state-certified technician)
• Experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams in the security technology environment
• Experience in sales, especially with calculations in the IT sector
• Strong communication skills with clear, friendly, and professional expression
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a pronounced technical interest in IT and video systems
• Driver's license class B (car)
