Challenge The ZASE – Zweckverband der Abwasserregion Solothurn-Emme – is a public-law organization and works for the protection of local waters. It ensures that wastewater from around 100,000 people from 38 municipalities in the cantons of Bern and Solothurn is reliably and sustainably cleaned. With the upcoming expansion of the treatment plant, we are looking for a project leader/in to lead our projects and procedures ARA (Abwasserregionale Abwasseraufbereitung) with a focus on process optimization, infrastructure development, and sustainability. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and procedures, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of existing ones. This includes planning, coordinating, and controlling projects, as well as monitoring and evaluating their progress. In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for a strong leader who can motivate and guide our team members. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, process optimization, and infrastructure development, as well as knowledge of sustainability concepts and environmental protection.
