Our software revolutionizes the way complex industrial facilities are digitalized and decommissioned. To meet the high quality and safety requirements of our enterprise customers and sustainably grow, we must have professional and reliable internal structures just like our technology.

Exactly here you come into play: We are looking for an expert who/that elevates our operational processes to the next level, makes them audit-proof, and certifies our organization for the upcoming growth phase.

Your Mission
You work closely with CEO and CTO together and take responsibility for the operational further development of the company. Your goal is to relieve founders, professionalize internal processes, and prepare the organization for growth.

Tasks

• Rust processes for growth: You analyze our operational and commercial processes, eliminate friction losses, and standardize them so that they can function smoothly even at double or triple volume.
• Profit Center steer: You are responsible for central business areas in day-to-day business and develop concrete measures to continuously increase their revenue and profitability.
• Bottlenecks dissolve: Where does it currently jam? You identify inefficiencies, derive clear action fields from our data, and set the solutions hands-on into practice.
• Teams intelligently connect: You optimize the transition between Sales, Operations, and Customer Success. Your goal: Build an infrastructure where increasing customer numbers do not lead to overload but to higher efficiency.
• Strategy in practice translate: You work as a direct sparring partner for the management team and are responsible for translating our long-term visions into tangible operational milestones.

Qualification

• Experience in building structures: You have successfully completed a degree (e.g. BWL, economics, business informatics) or equivalent qualification and bring several years of professional experience in the field of Business Operations, company development, or process management.
• Strongly regulated environment from an advantage: Ideally, you have already worked in a B2B tech startup, scale-up, or strongly regulated industry (e.g. medical technology, aerospace, enterprise software).
• Certification know-how: You have experience with building audit-proof processes and know what it takes for quality management and certification.
• Analytical & implementation-strong: You think in systems and data, but don't shy away from taking action yourself („Get-things-done“ mentality).
• Communications-strong: You speak fluent German and English to communicate confidently with our international team and enterprise customers.
