Your Responsibility
In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for the financial area of IMMER AG and its group companies. As a member of the management board, you will actively shape the company's development and advise the CEO and the Board of Directors on all finance-related matters.

Your Tasks
Overall responsibility for financial accounting, controlling, taxes, and insurance
Management and further development of the departments of financial accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, controlling, and payroll
Management of a team of 4 employees, deputy arrangement
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to OR (Swiss Code of Obligations)
Responsibility for budgeting, forecasts, and management reporting
Ensuring forward-looking liquidity planning and financial company steering
Tax planning and collaboration with the auditing firm and external tax experts
Preparation of tax returns and VAT statements
Responsibility for payroll accounting, including year-end statements and salary statements
Ensuring the correct processing of all social insurances
Management of insurance and coordination with external partners
Responsibility for contract and property management (rental agreements)
Further development of controlling and KPI and management information systems
Digitalization and optimization of finance and HR-related processes
Participation in strategic projects and risk management
Your Profile
Commercial apprenticeship in finance and business administration further education (FH or similar) with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling
Ideally, further education as a Certified Expert in Accounting & Controlling or comparable qualification
Several years of management experience in a comparable position, preferably in a trading company or SME
Very good knowledge in finance and accounting, controlling, payroll, and social security law
Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Very good German and French language skills in speaking and writing; Italian is an advantage
Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
Entrepreneurial thinking, high integrity, and strong communication and leadership skills
Comprehensive knowledge of Swiss accounting and tax law.
