You ensure financial stability and are the first point of contact for the management team. The HVVG Heimverwaltungs- und Vermietungsgesellschaft mbH manages 18 stationary care facilities
as well as 6 ambulatory care services in Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Lower Saxony, Berlin, and Hesse. In the HVVG, all service operations and central management tasks for operational business units are combined.

Tasks

In your area of responsibility, show Know How & Expertise

• You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the accounting and financial management team with currently 5 employees
• You are responsible for preparing annual financial statements and tax returns as well as all tax-related matters and
  tax audit reviews
• The monthly analyses of business economic evaluations go through regular meetings with the management team
• The preparation of liquidity planning and organization of payment transactions will be regulated by you
• You will reconcile our various GmbH accounts and ensure a steady sufficient balance
• You will work closely with us on financing matters
• You will drive the processing of business audits forward
• You will prepare VAT submissions carefully
• You will provide budget reports to our insurance brokers
• You will prepare reports, statistics, and evaluations and take care of ad-hoc inquiries
• You will be the first point of contact for tax consultants, economists, and auditors
• You will help with the continuous optimization and digitalization of business processes in financial accounting

Qualification

We can confidently rely on you

• You have a completed commercial education with a focus on tax and commercial law or comparable experiences in controlling
• You bring several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally already in team leadership
• You possess comprehensive knowledge of German tax law
• You work independently, are flexible, and always keep an overview
• You have a structured, organized, and transparent working style and are used to working carefully and process-oriented
• You have strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• You enjoy working in a team and handle personal data confidentially
