Tasks

• Conducting quality control checks and introducing necessary measures in case of defects, as well as final inspection (general object care)
• If necessary, searching for own cleaning staff, training them, and controlling them (possibly keeping activity records/staff lists)
• Advising customers and selling additional services, creating or adapting offers and performance listings, preparing glass measurements
• Intensive customer service personally, by email and phone
• In the course of performing tasks, always pay attention to labor law, safety technical requirements, and data protection guarantees
• If necessary, presence at foundation, glass, and maintenance cleaning operations and acceptance of services by the customer
• Readiness to be present on site outside regular working hours, e.g. in the evening, will be assumed

Qualifications

• A training as a building cleaner or further education as an object leader or comparable qualifications (desired)
• Multiple years of work experience in the field of building cleaning, quality control, or facility management (desirable) - career changers welcome
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Car driving license (Class B)
• Friendly appearance, assertiveness, reliability, and willingness to take on tasks
• Safe handling of MS Office
