Our team for personnel management and development consists of 8 colleagues and takes care of the entire employee lifecycle. This includes strategic and operational recruitment, a modern and appreciative onboarding, future-oriented personnel, leadership, and junior staff development, qualification and training, as well as shaping lean, digital, and reliable HR processes. As we accompany employees, leaders, the company management, and junior staff as competent advisors and reliable partners at eye level.

Tasks

You will be with us ...

As a Training Leader (m/w/d), you will take over personal leadership for our approximately 15 junior staff members (apprentices, dual students, and interns) and be responsible for their personal development and comprehensive care as a central point of contact. You create the framework for successful training from talent acquisition and promotion to successful completion.

On your way to this goal, you will be successful if

• You establish yourself as a point of contact within the first six months through your expertise and communication strength, both for junior staff members and trainers/trainees.
• You have rethought our training program within the first 12 months and established it on a solid basis. This includes, among other things, revising our training concept, including a flow plan, in consultation with our CHRO and departments, continuous training of trainers/trainees, as well as digitalization and continuous improvement of underlying processes.

• You have demonstrable and sound experience in leading training programs.
• You possess the training suitability according to BBiG and AEVO.
• You have a completed degree or another education that is suitable for the position.
