Tasks

• You design a modern sales architecture from scratch and successfully implement it
• You recruit and lead a nationwide team of Sales Performance Managers who coach the sales team and brings it to top performance levels
• You work directly with the outside sales team, optimizes processes, and introduces a KPI-based control system
• You act as a strategic partner in the company and bears overall responsibility for the success of the sales on all levels
• You bring innovative B2B2C solutions successfully to market and opens up new growth potential

Qualification

• You bring proven experience in leading sales teams
• You understand not just selling: You structure, create clear key figures, and develop your team members into top performers
• You are a hands-on leader - you go ahead, are regularly on the road, and set an example for your team
• You make decisions based on numbers, work with reporting tools, and makes sales success measurable and controllable
• You burn for your task, draw others with your enthusiasm, and builds sustainable partnerships at all hierarchical levels
