Transaction Advisory holistically supports real estate transactions: We develop strategies for investment and divestment decisions, optimize portfolios, and create added value through sound valuations and pricing.

For our still young Transaction Advisory team, we are looking for a highly driven and integrity-driven personality as

Head of Transaction Advisory, Opfikon, 80-100%

In your leadership role, you will have entrepreneurial, technical, and personnel responsibility (including P&L) for our growing Transaction Advisory and ensure its sustainable development.

• You will expand our service portfolio, acquire new clients and mandates, thereby ensuring sustainable growth for your team
• You will lead complex transactions from initial analysis to closing. You and your team will holistically support our clients – from strategic direction to detailed implementation
• With your feel for market trends, a strong network, and your presence in media and industry events, you will strategically position Transaction Advisory – and sustainably expand our market strength
• As a leader on an equal footing with a hands-on mentality, you will create an environment where trust, performance, and development are paramount – and where talents collectively achieve ambitious goals

This is why you will succeed:

• With a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Architecture, or Engineering with further education in the real estate sector, you have the necessary foundation
• With at least 6 years of professional experience in real estate transactions, you are not only an expert in real estate valuations, market analyses, and relevant legal fields, but also bring a large client network with you
• You have several years of leadership experience and can sustainably inspire your team with your modern leadership style, even in challenging times
• Entrepreneurial thinking, strategic action, clear communication, and strong negotiation skills shape your style
• You are linguistically versatile: German as a native language, fluent in English, and good knowledge of Austrian (ösisch)
