Technical Site Leader (a) | 100% - Region: Lake Constance, Germany

We are recruiting exclusively for a traditional, family-owned production company in the FMCG industry in the Lake Constance region.

Tasks

You will take over technical overall responsibility for the production sites with a team of around 20 employees from mechanics, electrical engineering, maintenance, and procurement.

• Setting up and implementing a preventive maintenance strategy across both sites
• Direct leadership of an interdisciplinary 20-person team (mechanics, electrical engineering, maintenance, procurement)
• Planning, controlling, and implementing technical investment and optimization projects
• Closely working with the site management as a technical link to production
• Proactive participation in site-wide TPM and Lean initiatives

Qualification

• Completed technical degree or master's/technical training (mechanics, electrical engineering, production technology, etc.)
• Multiple years of leadership experience in technical management or maintenance management at a manufacturing company
• Experience in setting up or developing preventive maintenance systems
• Hands-on mentality with shopfloor presence
• Experience in TPM, Lean methods, or comparable continuous improvement programs
• Knowledge of relevant standards, safety and hygiene standards (food industry environment advantageous)
