You will lead a team of 11 employees and will be part of the overall Corporate Customer Advisory department as a special area. Your team will look after property developers, project companies, and professional real estate investors.

Responsibilities

• Leadership of employees
• Active, holistic support of assigned customers within the framework of professional customer relationship management
• Business analysis of submitted documents
• Early detection of credit risks, if necessary, intensive support
• Management of customers' commercial working capital needs and creation of credit decisions

Qualifications

• Bank business administrator (Bankbetriebswirt/-in), Bachelor's degree, or comparable qualification
• Ideally, leadership experience
• Several years of successful experience in commercial credit business
• Experience in the real estate sector

Remuneration is according to pay group 13. The annual gross remuneration is based on experience and qualifications and ranges from approximately €73,400 to approximately €97,600 with 13.83 monthly salaries, including the maximum amount for capital-forming benefits.
