Tasks

• As Leader Software Development, you are responsible for conceiving, implementing, and maintaining the system landscape and technologies connected to our customers.
• Main goal is to ensure efficient interaction between our clients and their customers by using innovative technology solutions that increase usability, support growth, and optimize business processes.
• Development and implementation of a comprehensive system strategy focusing on customer satisfaction.
• You ensure the availability of customer systems for order processing.
• You work closely with other departments as well as with our most important customers to understand their requirements.
• Identifying new trends and technologies in the field of branch-specific systems is crucial to gain a competitive advantage.
• You are responsible for building and leading a high-performance team that is responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting customer systems.

Qualification

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent German and English language skills are a must.
• Demonstrated experience in a leadership position in the area of Platform Services, Customer Systems, and/or Software Development is required.
• Professional experience as Department Head/Leader Software Development in a mid-sized environment with focus on ERP/Billing System/E-Commerce/Shopsystem is important.
• Visionary thinking in product requirements and customer wishes is essential from conception to technical implementation.
• A large interest in technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities are necessary to drive innovations forward and offer an exceptional customer service through effective systems and technologies.
