Head of Accounting (m/w/d)

The Trigon Unternehmensgruppe has been successfully developing, renting, and managing residential and commercial properties as well as hotels in central city locations for decades. With around 4,000 residential units and 300 commercial units, we ensure the long-term preservation of our property portfolio through our own facility management.

To strengthen our financial team, we are looking for a experienced Head of Accounting (m/w/d) to join us at the earliest possible time. In this versatile position, you will be responsible for the financial processing of our real estate companies and contribute significantly to the transparency and stability of our company group with your expertise.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Teams
• Responsibility for the accounting of several companies (management and object companies)
• Accounting and booking of all business transactions, as well as clarification of open items and account reconciliations
• Responsibility for accounting, payment processing, cash management, and value-added tax submissions
• Preliminary preparation and creation of annual financial statements according to HGB, as well as close cooperation with the tax consultant
• Creation of reports, BWA, analyses, and participation in budget and liquidity planning
• Establishment and further development of controlling structures (cost and performance accounting, key figures)
• Further development and digitalization of financial processes, as well as cooperation in the implementation of a new ERP system

Qualification

• You hold a successfully completed degree in business administration or a commercial education with an additional qualification as a certified accountant or tax consultant
• First leadership experience or are willing to take on responsibility
• Multiple years of professional experience in the field of finance and accounting
• Very good knowledge of accounting according to HGB
• You are very organized and have above-average analytical and communicative skills
• Experience in process optimization as well as digitalization of financial processes
• Very good MS Office skills and very good German language skills in writing and speaking round out your profile
