Leiter Realisierung (m/w/d)

The EGC is a leading, independent provider of energy and building technology solutions with a focus on decarbonization, digitalization, and decentralized energy supply. In contracting, the EGC currently operates around 1,000 heating systems and pursues an ambitious growth strategy for over 5,000 installations by 2030.

To implement this strategic roadmap, we are looking for a Leiter Realisierung (m/w/d), who will be responsible for building and steering all construction and implementation activities.

Your Role

As Leiter Realisierung (m/w/d) in Düsseldorf or Aachen, you will bear the end-to-end responsibility for implementing all new-build, modernization, and decarbonization projects in the area of heat supply for the real estate industry and municipalities.

You are a central implementation partner to the management team and ensure that projects are realized termin-, budget- and quality-guaranteed. The function reports directly to the management team and works closely with Project Development and Operations Management together.

Aufgaben

Total Responsibility for Implementation

• Responsibility for building and commissioning: new heating systems (e.g. contracting) and modernization as well as decarbonization of existing facilities
  (Gas → heat pump, hybrid solutions, retrofit, etc.)
• Satisfaction of project goals according to the guideline: in time, in budget, in quality

Bau & Führung der Organisation

• Aufbau, Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines bundesweiten Realisierungsteams
• Klare Rollen-, Prozess- und Schnittstellendefinition
• Etablierung skalierbarer Strukturen für starkes Wachstum

Steuerung externer Partner

• Auswahl, Steuerung und Bewertung von Subunternehmern und externen Dienstleistern
• Vertrags-, Leistungs- und Qualitätskontrolle
• Sicherstellung von Arbeitssicherheit, Normen und regulatorischen Anforderungen

Projekt- & Portfoliosteuerung

• Aufbau eines standardisierten Projektmanagement- und Reporting-Frameworks
• Steuerung mehrerer paralleler Projekte und Bauprogramme
• Transparente Fortschritts-, Kosten- und Risikoberichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung

Schnittstellenmanagement

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektentwicklung (Planung, Genehmigungen, Business Case) und der Betriebsführung (Übergabe, Betrieb, Performance)
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Übergangs von Bau zu Betrieb

Qualifikation

Fachlich

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen (z. B. Energie-, Elektro-, Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen o. ä.)
• Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Umsetzung komplexer technischer Projekte
• Nachweisliche Verantwortung für Bau- und Realisierungsprojekte (z. B. Energieanlagen, PV, Ladeinfrastruktur, Industrie- oder Infrastrukturprojekte)
• Erfahrung im Management externer Dienstleister und Generalunternehmer
