For a growing industrial company in Quedlinburg OT Gernrode, we are looking for you as Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d). You will manage quality assurance, the measurement room, complaint management, and auditing, and further develop the associated processes.

The most important things at a glance

Your Tasks

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team in quality assurance and the measurement room

• Planning, control, and prioritization of daily inspection, measurement, and quality assurance processes

• Ensuring and further developing the quality assurance system according to VDA and ISO standards

• Processing of customer and supplier complaints, including root cause analysis and consistent follow-up of measures

• Conducting and supporting internal audits, customer audits, and supplier audits

• Evaluation of key figures and measurement data for process improvement and support of optimization projects

Your Profile

• Completed university degree or technical training, for example as an industrial foreman or technician

• Several years of professional experience as a Quality Manager, Head of Quality Assurance, QA Manager, or Head of Quality Management in an industrial environment

• Leadership experience in establishing clear processes and standards

• Technical and analytical understanding, as well as confident handling of customers, suppliers, complaints, and audits

• Ideally, knowledge of VDA, ISO, measuring equipment management, Lean Management, or Six Sigma
