Tasks

• Further development and maintenance of our quality management system
• Implementation, distribution, monitoring, and updating of the manual
• Promotion of corrective and preventive measures
• Authorized representative of the management regarding product protection and IFS
• Monitoring compliance with recipes
• Contact person for food law, food hygiene, quality, and product characteristics
• Planning and implementation of internal audits for the QM system
• Preparation and updating of test plans
• Implementation of training sessions according to the training plan
• Preparation and updating of specifications and article master data in customer portals
• HACCP team coordinator

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in food technology or another comparable qualification.
• You have already gained some experience as a leader in the QM/QS area, preferably in the dairy industry.
• You are characterized by your conscientious and reliable working style.
• You bring an outstanding awareness of hygiene.
