We are looking for a leader product management composite insurance (m/w/d) for our customer, an established insurance company.

Tasks

Your Task

• New orientation and further development of the SHUK business field Gewerbe und Privat in the context of damage insurance
• Steering and expansion of the SHUK business area according to earnings- and growth-oriented key figures
• Responsibility for product development, portfolio management, and strategic further development of existing product worlds
• Ensuring stable and sustainable customer and intermediary satisfaction
• Sanitation and optimization of existing portfolios with a view to profitability, growth, and market positioning
• BUILDING, MAINTENANCE, AND FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF EXTERNAL CUSTOMER AND INTERMEDIARY RELATIONSHIPS AS WELL AS INTERNAL INTERFACE
• Leadership, further development, and motivation of the assigned employees
• Ongoing optimization of workflows, processes, and structures to increase efficiency
• Promoting strategically relevant projects in the context of digitalization
• Responsibility for cost and personnel planning within your own area

Qualification

Your Profile

• SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF A DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION WITH A FOCUS ON INSURANCE OR A SIMILAR QUALIFICATION
• MULTI-YEAR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN THE COMPOSITE SECTORS SHUK
• MULTI-YEAR LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE, IDEALLY ALSO IN CHANGE AND TRANSFORMATION ENVIRONMENTS
• OUTSTANDING SALES ORIENTATION AS WELL AS VERY GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF PRODUCT-, PORTFOLIO- AND MARKET MECHANICS IN THE INSURANCE BUSINESS
• BROAD KNOWLEDGE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, ESPECIALLY IN SCALABLE AGILE PROJECTS
• PASSION FOR INNOVATIONS AS WELL AS JOY IN DEVELOPING AND DIGITALIZING BUSINESS MODELS
• EXTRAORDINARY COMMITMENT, ORGANIZATION STRENGTH, AND HIGH IMPLEMENTATION ORIENTATION
• ANALYTICAL, CONCEPTUAL THINKING AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO DEVELOP UNCONVENTIONAL SOLUTION APPROACHES
• COMMUNICATION STRENGTH, ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING, AND THE ABILITY TO TAKE PEOPLE THROUGH CHANGE PROCESSES
