Tasks
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of approximately 8 employees.
- Planning, control, and monitoring of resources (personnel, materials, time) to efficiently implement customer requirements, change requests, and new projects.
- Responsibility for the continuous improvement and further development of production processes, standards, and technologies with a focus on quality, efficiency, costs, sustainability, and digitalization.
- Implementation of artificial intelligence in the production environment as part of the digitalization strategy.
- Care and further development of the installed software and tool landscape in coordination with IT, as well as selection, qualification, and introduction of new methods and technologies (HW/SW).
- Tight cooperation with internal interfaces (production, quality assurance, maintenance, project management, client service) as well as global functions.
- Leadership of projects for process automation, analysis of process data, and derivation of technical and organizational improvement measures.
- Creation of a strategic roadmap based on internal and external requirements and ensuring compliance with work safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Qualification
- SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in the field of IT, process engineering, or mechanical engineering or equivalent training.
- Multiple years of relevant professional experience in the field of Process Engineering, ideally in an industrial production environment.
- First leadership experience or outstanding leadership competence.
- In-depth knowledge of software and lean management, Six Sigma, as well as the application of tools such as MX Excel, Power BI, or similar.
- Knowledge in the field of artificial intelligence is desirable.
- Experience in leading technical projects and handling production management systems.
- Outstanding analytical thinking and structured, solution-oriented working style.
- Communication strength, team ability, and assertiveness.
- Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking.
