Your Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for human resources development and vocational training within the company, in close cooperation with vocational and practical trainers
• Management and support of projects as well as change management measures for the introduction and optimization of modern HR instruments
• Support and further development of existing HR development systems
• Implementation of HR development measures such as workshops, e-learning, as well as talent and mentoring programs, certificate tool, etc.
• Controlling of education and development activities (success controls, transfer of learning content into daily work, KPIs)
• Evaluation and implementation of a Learning Management System
• Organization and moderation of workshops and internal further training
• Support and advice for employees on HR development issues
• Identification of training and further education needs as well as conception, planning, and implementation of corresponding development programs
• Consultation and support for executives as well as HR Business Partners in all matters of HR development and vocational training
• Development and further development of systematic succession planning together with line managers and the HR team

Your Profile:

• Further education in HR at the level of a federal certificate, degree, or equivalent
• Several years of experience in the HR environment and in the education sector
• Leadership experience desired
• Experience in human resources development as well as in the education sector
• Strong project management skills and confident moderation abilities
• Further training in project management is an advantage
• Strong conceptual, communicative, and organizational skills
• Very good German and French language skills are mandatory
• Interconnected, entrepreneurial thinking as well as the ability to identify interfaces
• Interest in digital HR tools and their further development
• Independent, analytical, and precise way of working
• Willingness to travel within the company's catchment area (driver's license and own car)
