We are looking for you as Leader:in Network, Infrastructure and Cloud Services at the location Aachen.

In this role, you will lead a service team that manages and develops the IT infrastructure of numerous regional business customers.

Aufgaben

• You lead the team professionally and disciplinarily and shape structured on- and offboarding processes as well as goal and feedback processes.
• You are responsible for the stable, secure, and quality-assured operation of managed services for our business customers in the area of network, infrastructure, and cloud (1st–3rd level).
• You ensure the compliance with defined service levels and take responsibility for a high customer satisfaction.
• You steer resources, tickets, and priorities and ensure an even capacity planning between daily business and projects.
• You develop processes, structures, and service and quality standards continuously and ensure their compliance.
• You take over the escalation management in case of major incidents and communicate sovereignly with customers, partners, and internal interfaces.
• You bear responsibility for security requirements, compliance, and risk management within your area of responsibility.
• You are responsible for budget, cost center, and contract and license management and report regularly to IKT leadership and management.

Qualifikation

• You have a completed IT study or training as a specialist in computer science (m/w/d) for system integration.
• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience with you.
• You are familiar with IT systems, managed services, cloud solutions, network infrastructure, and firewalls.
• You work structured, independently, and solution-oriented.
• You act as a leader empathically, decisively, and conflict-competent.
• You communicate securely in German and have English skills at least on the B1 level.
