We are looking for a successful, large housing company within a healthy corporate group with over 4,000 apartments and approximately 100 employees, located in central Stuttgart city. We are seeking you as

Teamleiter Betriebskosten-Abrechnung o. Betriebskosten-Management (w/m/d).

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 80,000 € per year here.

After successful onboarding, you will have a homeoffice share of two days per week.

The full-time position (37 weekly hours) is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to keep for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

• You will work together with your team to create operating and heating cost statements, where you will participate hands-on
• You will also resolve discrepancies
• You will bring in your experience for further optimization and digitalization of processes
• You will take over tasks from the operating costs controlling.

Qualifikation

• You have at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Whether you already have leadership experience or not, it doesn't matter! What's important is that you're eager to take on responsibility
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German
