In the interest of our customer, a leading company in the packaging industry, we are looking for an experienced leader as Leader (m/w/d) in the moulding workshop at the Germersheim location with flexible working hours for direct placement!
Your tasks: Ensuring smooth processes in the moulding workshop
Planning the mould deployment in coordination with production and planning
Professional and disciplinary leadership, including personnel planning of employees
Guaranteeing an efficient and high-quality business operation
Your qualification: Completed master's or technical training or study in the metallurgical field required
Instructor's certificate for employee guidance
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma desirable, ideally Green Belt
Safe handling with ERP systems and MS Office applications
