The things that move you:

Real Estate Management

  • In your role, you will steer and secure the ongoing management of rental and ownership properties, including property takeovers and handovers.
  • You will also manage and monitor the entire lease agreement process.
  • You will ensure the proper preparation of housekeeping, ancillary costs, and lease-related outgoing invoices with a high quality standard.
  • If necessary, you will plan and lead property owner meetings.
  • You will also keep maintenance budgets in mind and handle customer requests and complaints in a solution-oriented manner.

Entrepreneurial Responsibility

  • As a sparring partner for the management team, you will develop insightful evaluations, reports, and well-founded decision-making bases.
  • You will develop and implement measures to increase profitability with an entrepreneurial perspective.
  • You will analyze and optimize processes to increase efficiency in the company.
  • In cooperation with external partners, you will negotiate and manage service provider contracts, coordinate law firms, and evaluate their performance.
  • You will also support and develop employees further, participate in personnel planning, and promote a customer-oriented services understanding.

The things that bring you:

  • Your education as an Immobilienkaufmann/-frau, ideally with further training as an Immobilienfachwirt, or a degree in the field of Real Estate Economics/Business Administration, which you have successfully completed.
  • You also have several years of professional experience in property management.
  • You possess good knowledge of MS Office applications and housekeeping systems, as well as fundamental knowledge of property law.
  • Diplomatic communication skills, negotiation skills, and empathy when dealing with different interest groups make up your personality.
