Head of Project Execution / Production Residential Construction (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You lead the project teams (Project Management, Site Management, Foremen) and assemble the teams in collaboration with the divisional management.
• You are the primary point of contact for our project management regarding all project-specific matters with the client as well as with subcontractors.
• You lead your own projects, including large-scale projects.
• You are responsible for project controlling regarding compliance with quality, deadlines, and costs, and conduct regular forecasting meetings with management.
• You plan, coordinate, and control internal and external construction processes.
• You manage the technical clarification and awarding of subcontracts.
• You conduct employee performance reviews for the entrusted project teams in coordination with divisional management.

Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
• Ideally, you have several years of experience in senior site management and/or project management of residential construction projects and possess very good knowledge of construction law.
• You are resilient, assertive, and demonstrate your communication skills in both negotiation and conflict situations.
• You are characterized by excellent organizational skills and an independent work style, and you enjoy working in a team.
