Tasks

Your Tasks

• Total responsibility for all marketing activities of the BARTELS GmbH

• Development and implementation of the marketing strategy across all business areas (Nautics, Sailing, Railway Technology)

• Steering and maintenance of all communication channels:

• Website

• Brochures and Flyers

• Social Media (all relevant platforms)

• Planning, organization and implementation of trade shows and events

• Development of existing marketing concepts and brand appearances

• Coordination with Sales, Product Development and Management

Qualification

Your Profile

• Degree or equivalent education in Marketing, Communication or Media

• Multiple years of experience in marketing, ideally in a technical or industrial environment

• Safe handling with digital marketing channels and classical media

• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style

• Creativity combined with strategic thinking

• Very good German language skills, English language skills an asset
