Leader Liquid Assets Management, Cash Management and Finance (w/m/d) with Development Perspective!

We are looking for a leader to take over the liquid assets management, cash management and finance department of a company group with 10 subsidiaries or daughter companies and headquartered in Berlin.

The company is primarily involved in the rental and management of real estate, as well as other industries, and employs around 70 employees.

In accordance with your professional experience and knowledge, you can earn up to €96,000 per year (80k + 20%) here.

This full-time position is being filled through personnel placement. This means that you will have a fixed employment contract with your new employer from the start, which they would like to keep for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

This is what your new job looks like!

• You will take over the overall financial responsibility for some of the connected companies and be the first point of contact for finance and cash flows within the company group.
• You will plan and manage the liquidity and dispose of the financial resources of the connected companies and monitor the bank accounts.
• You will ensure that the large cash flows of the company group are in reliable hands.
• You will be a competent preparer and negotiator with banks when it comes to financing (two coordination meetings per year).
• You will prepare the monthly and annual statements, which are prepared by an external accountant. You will also work hands-on in ongoing financial accounting.
• You will monitor income.
• In addition, you will lead and develop a team of eight employees.
• You will be both a competent point of contact and sparring partner for the management as well as some of the managing directors of the connected companies.
• Your development perspective: As the company continues to develop, you will grow into further tasks over time. After successful integration, there is prospectively the opportunity to take over management positions at subsidiary or object societies.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as Treasurer.
• If possible, you may have already gained experience in the real estate industry.
• You bring a good understanding of accounting, also based on practical experiences in connection with statement preparation and ongoing financial accounting.
• You have at least a basic understanding of contract law or have ideal practical experience.
• Juridical understanding and knowledge of real estate law would be the icing on the cake!
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German.
