We are looking for you as

Head of Liquidity Management, Cash Management, Finance (w/m/d) with a background in real estate project development

for an owner-managed company located at the Berlin site with approximately 70 employees mainly active in property rental and management, as well as in other industries.

In accordance with your professional experience and knowledge, you can earn up to 96,000 € p.a. (80k + 20%) here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. Which means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, who would like to employ you for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

Voilà, that's what your new job looks like!

You will take over the overall financial responsibility for some of the connected companies and be the first point of contact for finance and cash flows within the group.

• You plan and manage liquidity and dispose of financial resources for the connected companies and monitor bank accounts
• You are responsible for the large cash flows within the group, which are in reliable hands with you
• You are the competent preparer and negotiator with banks when it comes to financing (two coordination meetings per year)
• You prepare the monthly and annual statements that are created by an external accountant. You also work hands-on in ongoing financial accounting
• You monitor income
• In addition, you lead and develop a team of eight employees
• You are both the competent point of contact and sparring partner for management as well as for some of the managing directors of connected companies
• Your development perspective: As the company continues to develop, you will grow into further tasks over time. After successful onboarding, a perspective arises to take over management positions at subsidiaries or object societies.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

You have at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as Treasurer

• In addition, you have gained experience in the real estate industry
• You bring a good understanding of accounting, also based on practical experiences in connection with statement preparation and ongoing financial accounting
• You bring at least a good basic understanding for contract law or have ideal practical experiences
• Juristical understanding and knowledge of real estate law would be the cherry on top!
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German
