Our Swiss corporate group began in the early nineties as a licensee and European distribution partner of the American workwear manufacturer Carhartt. Since then, WIP has been developing its own Carhartt WIP collections based on American originals.

Responsibilities

• You will lead the team technically and disciplinarily
• You will develop the team and the processes within the department
• You will be responsible for the proper execution of daily business, including the checking, posting, and booking of incoming invoices as well as the processing of payment transactions
• You will maintain master data and accounts and perform balance reconciliations
• You will be responsible for the booking and reconciliation of bank accounts and ensure the correct preparation and booking of all recharges within the group
• You will participate in projects and represent the Accounts Payable department

Profile

• You have completed commercial training, preferably with further training as a Certified Accountant (m/f/d)
• You have relevant professional experience in accounting, ideally in an internationally operating company
• You possess strong leadership skills and team spirit
• You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken
• You have good MS Office skills
• You work independently and in a structured manner
