The GUT WENGHOF - Family Resort Werfenweng is an 'all inclusive' Club resort with around 300 beds, a panoramic restaurant including show-cooking and 24/7 pizza bar, a winter garden including buffet for cake and snack, a lobby bar, a vital area with 3 pools and saunas and a large children's club. The hotel belongs to the companies of Felleis and Knittelfelder and operates under the TUI KIDS CLUB brand. Employment type: Full-time Organization of the animation department including duty roster creation Establishment of a team of animators, responsible for planning and implementing various activities for children and young people, such as games, sports, arts and crafts, and other leisure activities. This includes creating and maintaining a schedule for the animation team, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring that all activities are in line with the resort's policies and procedures. The leader of child care & animation is also responsible for supervising and mentoring the animation team, providing guidance and support as needed. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
