IT Operations & Security Leader (m/w/d)

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Strategic alignment and further development of the department in line with the company's goals
• Responsibility for the operational management of the entire IT infrastructure to ensure a smooth operation
• Active further development of the IT architecture (OnPrem and Private Cloud) under continuous inclusion of new technologies
• Planning, implementation, and continuous improvement regarding performance, availability, and security
• Satisfaction of regulatory standards for security topics and continuous optimization
• Further development of processes regarding service orientation, user-friendliness, and internationalization
• Independent execution of IT projects and guidance of external service providers
• Zielgerichtete fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des IT-Infrastruktur-Teams

Qualification

Your profile:

• Multiple years of relevant professional experience in the field of IT operations, administration, infrastructure or system technology, preferably in a manufacturing industry company
• A strong background in leading project teams, first disciplinary leadership experience is advantageous
• Fundamental knowledge of hybrid IT infrastructures, modern virtualization and network technologies, Windows-Server-environment, IT security, and databases
• A strong ability to develop, plan, and implement projects with a clear goal-oriented approach
• High problem-solving skills combined with readiness for action and an explicit
