IT Leader (m/w/d)

You are an experienced IT Manager (m/w/d) with a strategic view of IT infrastructures and in-depth ERP expertise, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? Then this position could be your next career step.

We are looking for a seasoned IT Leader (m/w/d). In this key position, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational alignment of IT and make a significant contribution to the further digitalization and future viability of the company.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie Weiterentwicklung des internen IT-Teams (8-10 Miarbeiter)
• Strategische Planung und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur und Systemlandschaft
• Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs (Support, Netzwerke, Server, IT-Security)
• Steuerung und Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister inkl. Budget-, Vertrags- und Leistungsmanagement
• Planung und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und IT-Projekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Fachbereichen
• Administration, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Warenwirtschaft Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Gewährleistung von IT-Sicherheitsstandards, Datenschutz und Systemverfügbarkeit

Qualification

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology or a comparable qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in the IT field, ideally with first leadership or project management responsibilities

• In-depth knowledge of IT architectures, networks, Microsoft system landscapes and IT security

• Experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Business Central, is advantageous

• Practical experience in implementing IT projects (e.g. ERP implementations, cloud migrations, process digitalization)

• Outstanding communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working method
