Tasks - Technical and disciplinary leadership of over 30 employees in the areas of assembly of high-voltage test equipment, as well as instrument assembly. - Planning of resources and close coordination with testing field, packaging, and shipping to ensure timely delivery of customer orders. - Creation of weekly plans, capacity planning, vacation planning, and bottleneck management. - Ensuring key figures such as safety, quality, productivity, and delivery dates through active shop floor management. - Monitoring of safety guidelines and promoting open communication in the team.
