Leader of Maintenance Processes and Operations (m/w/d)

As Leader of Maintenance Processes and Operations (m/w/d) you will take on a key role in building and implementing a comprehensive maintenance process landscape. This ensures the safe and compliant operation of our new fleet. Key focuses are the development of strategic maintenance concepts, the integration of IT interfaces between ECM and EVU, as well as requirements management for maintenance infrastructure. Additionally, you drive innovative maintenance solutions forward together with the maintainers and set these up together with stakeholders.
About the role
- You develop and implement a complete maintenance process landscape for new fleets while adhering to all regulatory requirements.
- You define standards, workflows, and interfaces for all maintenance processes.
- You define and develop an interface management between maintenance providers and EVU.
- You define and establish the documentation of maintenance for new fleets as well as the setup of a document management system.
- You develop and establish a supply chain management for new fleet replacement parts.
- You build a requirements management for maintenance infrastructure and represent maintenance interests in the construction process.
- You ensure the integration into IT systems (e.g. MMS, ECM interfaces) between manufacturer, ECM, and EVU.
About you
- You hold a completed degree (Bachelor, Master, Diplom) or equivalent qualification.
- You bring 5-7 years of experience in the field of maintenance, ideally from the railway, aerospace, or automotive industry.
- You can already demonstrate experience in modeling, optimizing, and implementing maintenance processes.
- You have experience in strategically building maintenance systems, e.g. in the railway, aerospace, or automotive environment.
- You have experience in project management.
- You possess very good German and English language skills (C1 level), Spanish language skills are desirable.
- You work well in a small, dynamic team and enjoy ambitious goals.
