Head of Maintenance & Automation Technology (m/f/d)

For an established, growing company in the field of logistics and e-commerce, we are looking for a Team Leader Maintenance & Automation Technology (m/f/d) who will take on technical responsibility for modern conveyor and sorting systems and lead a small, well-coordinated team.

Your Mission:

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of a small maintenance team
• Ensuring the availability and reliability of automated conveyor and sorting systems
• Planning, control, and optimization of maintenance and servicing measures
• Analysis of technical malfunctions and development of sustainable solutions
• Further development of preventive and condition-based maintenance
• Evaluation of system key figures for continuous process optimization
• Coordination of external service providers and technical plant manufacturers
• Support of technical modernization and automation projects

Your Superpower:

• Completed studies in automation technology, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field of study; alternatively, a corresponding master craftsman qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of automated conveyor or sorting systems
• Initial experience in the technical or disciplinary leadership of a technical team
• Good knowledge of control technology, ideally Siemens S7 and TIA Portal
• Knowledge of drive technology, sensor technology, and pneumatics
• Willingness to be on call and to work occasionally outside regular working hours
