In the Hospice général, we work on improving living together in Geneva. Founded in Geneva, our institution supports people who need help at a moment in their lives to regain sustainable autonomy. We are looking for an experienced leader who can lead our team in developing and implementing strategies for improving the lives of migrants, who has experience in project management, who is familiar with the Swiss migration context, who has excellent communication skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team, who is flexible and adaptable, who is able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously, who is able to work in a multicultural environment, who is able to maintain confidentiality and discretion, who is able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, who is able to lead by example and motivate others, who has experience in leading teams, who is able to develop and implement training programs for staff, who is able to evaluate the effectiveness of projects and make recommendations for improvement.
