We are looking for an analytically strong and experienced leader as FP&A / Finance Performance Leader (m/w/d).

In this key role, you will be responsible for forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes and actively shape the development of modern finance structures.

No pure reporting/controlling function is sought - but a person with business understanding, strategic vision, and high implementation strength.

Aufgaben

What's on your plate…

• Development and control of Business Performance Review processes
• Creation of meaningful performance and financial analyses for different business areas
• You are responsible for planning and forecasting processes to ensure valid financial results and guarantee timely and sustainable preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• You drive the digitalization and standardization of the reporting landscape by automating and optimizing report structures, data management, and data flows on a local and group level
• You are responsible for complying with local and group financial guidelines and ensure their consistent implementation
• You act as a strategic sparring partner to the CFO and support proactively in ad-hoc analyses and take over leadership or guidance of special projects

Qualifikation

What you bring…

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on finance, controlling, or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of comprehensive experience in the field of financial planning and financial analysis (FP&A) as well as accounting understanding, ideally in a service-oriented, international environment
• A developed analytical and economic understanding
• Very good knowledge in the areas of reporting, IT processes, BI processes, and data-based enterprise management
• A structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style, as well as reliable adherence to deadlines are self-evident for you
• You communicate consistently goal-oriented - a secure and determined appearance characterizes you
• You are fit in MS Office applications (especially Excel) as well as in the SAP financial modules and analysis tools (FI, CO, BW/AO)
• Last but not least, you possess negotiation-proof German and very good English skills
