As Financial Controller (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company. You will oversee the areas of finance and accounting, controlling, as well as administrative management, ensuring a financially efficient and legally secure organization. Together with the executive board, you will develop strategic and operational goals and lead your team successfully into the future. As part of a structured onboarding process, you will gradually take over overall responsibility.

Aufgaben

Main Tasks

Future Financial Management Responsibility

• Overall responsibility for finance and accounting, as well as controlling
• Steering of liquidity and ensuring financial stability
• Responsibility for administrative management
• Participation in operational daily business

Finance and Accounting

• Safeguarding proper accounting and balance sheet preparation
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Optimization of processes in finance and accounting
• Collaboration with tax consultants, auditors and authorities

Controlling & Corporate Management

• Development and further development of reports and key figures
• Budget planning and Soll-Ist analyses
• Development of measures for result and cost optimization
• Supporting the executive board in business decisions

Organization & Processes

• Designing efficient and legally secure administrative processes
• Further development of internal processes and structures
• Safeguarding compliance with legal and tax regulations

Leadership and Strategy

• Facilitating and developing a team of approximately seven employees
• Fostering and further developing employees
• Planning, organizing and steering work processes in the team
• Developing strategic and operational company goals
• Responsibility for implementing defined measures
• Active shaping of future company development

Qualification

You bring:

Education

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a business studies program or
• Career training with further education to certified accountant (m/w/d)

Professional Experience

• Multiple years of professional experience in finance and accounting
• Fundamental knowledge of controlling
• Multiple years of leadership experience in a comparable position

• Safe handling of MS Office, particularly Excel
