The family-owned company is mainly active in the rental and management of real estate, as well as in other industries, and employs a total of approximately 70 employees.

In accordance with your professional experience and knowledge, you can earn up to 96,000 € p.a. (80k + 20%).

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. Which means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, and they would like to keep you for many years.

Aufgaben

Voilà, that's what your new job looks like!

• You will take over the overall financial responsibility for some of the connected companies and be the first point of contact for financial matters and cash flows of the company group
• You will plan and manage the liquidity and dispose of the financial means of the connected companies and monitor the bank accounts
• You will be the reliable custodian of the large cash flows of the company group
• You will be the competent preparer and negotiator with banks when it comes to financing (two coordination meetings per year)
• You will prepare the monthly and annual accounts, which are created by an external accountant. You will also work hands-on in ongoing financial accounting
• You will monitor the income
• In addition, you will lead and develop a team of eight employees
• Finally, you will be the competent point of contact and sparring partner for the management as well as for some of the managing directors of the connected companies
• Your development perspective: As the company continues to develop, you will grow into further tasks over time. After successful integration, there will be a perspective to take over management positions at subsidiary or object companies.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have at least five years of professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as a treasurer
• You may have already gained experience in the real estate industry
• You bring a good understanding of accounting, also based on practical experiences in connection with account settlements and ongoing financial accounting
• You bring at least a good basic understanding of contract law or have ideal practical experience
• Juristical understanding and knowledge of real estate law would be the cherry on top!
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German
