Tasks

• Structuring and implementing real estate financings for residential and existing properties
• Preliminary preparation of financing documents and decision-making grounds for banks and investors
• BUILDING, MAINTAINING AND DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS WITH BANKS, FINANCING PARTNERS AND INVESTORS
• Negotiating financing conditions such as interest rates, terms and repayment structures
• Monitoring liquidity and ongoing control of the financial situation of the corporate group
• Early recognition of financial risks and development of suitable countermeasures
• CLOSE COOPERATION WITH THE MANAGEMENT BOARD ON INVESTMENT AND GROWTH DECISIONS
• PARTICIPATION IN BUILDING AND DEVELOPING EFFICIENT FINANCIAL AND CONTROLLING STRUCTURES

Qualification

• Completed commercial or financial education or a corresponding study
• Multiple years of professional experience in the field of real estate financing, corporate customer consulting, financial accounting or comparable activities
• Very good understanding of real estate key figures, financing models and economic relationships
• Safe demeanor and negotiation skills when dealing with banks and external partners
• Structured, self-reliant and solution-oriented working style
• High reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility
• Entrepreneurial thinking and joy in actively contributing to the company's growth
