Leiter Buchhaltung & Controlling (w/m/d) with SAP-Kenntnissen

at a home office share of two days per week after successful onboarding.

In accordance with your knowledge and experience, you can earn up to 120,000 € p.a. (including variable portion) here.

This full-time position, which offers flexible working hours and further education opportunities, is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, who would like to keep you for many years.

Aufgaben

• You will largely contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements based on your previous experience in accounting for a real estate company.
• In Finance, you will be a valuable support to your colleagues, providing hands-on assistance with ongoing financial accounting for several real estate companies. The same applies to the topic of investment accounting.
• You will lead six employees both professionally and disciplinarily and develop them further.
• You will take care of cash forecasting and liquidity planning (weekly).
• You will be an important sparring partner for planning future investments.
• You will be a competent point of contact for all topics related to accounting.
• You, along with your colleagues, will create both medium- and long-term plans as well as actual vs. planned comparisons.
• You will serve as the preparatory and follow-up partner for decision-making by the shareholders.
• You will bring in your experience to improve processes in Finance & Controlling and for project work (e.g., SAP migration).
• You will be a competent point of contact for all questions related to Finance & Controlling, both internally and externally (e.g., WP/StB).

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have good humor and a desire for nice colleagues and teamwork (6 employees in Finance & Controlling).
• You have at least four years of professional experience in a comparable position, including leadership, as well as at least four years in the real estate industry.
• If possible, you have already independently prepared monthly and annual statements. Alternatively, you have contributed to this process up until now.
• In any case, you bring good user knowledge of SAP with you.
• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German.
• We would rather not mention further usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What is important initially is that you have a desire for nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who likes to develop professionally.
