As Leiter Finanzen & Controlling, you will be responsible for the financial management of a mid-sized company group, ensuring transparency and supporting the executive board with reliable decision-making grounds. You will work closely with them, think entrepreneurially, and take charge in operational daily business.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Finanzcontrolling & Steuerung: Building, developing, and being responsible for the group-wide financial controlling.
• Planung & Liquidität: Budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning for all companies.
• Management-Reporting: Creating and developing a meaningful reporting for the executive board.
• Projekt- & Investitionscontrolling: Economically evaluating and controlling projects, particularly in the infrastructure and expansion field.
• Externe Finanzpartner: Independent leadership of conversations with banks, financial providers, and debtors and creditors

👉 The focus of this position is on transparent financial management, reliable planning, and sound decision-making grounds for the executive board.

Das bringst Du mit:

• Fachlicher Ausbildungs- & Qualifikationshintergrund: Completed studies in business administration, economics, finance, controlling or a comparable qualification.
• Erfahrung im Finanz- & Controlling-Umfeld: Several years of professional experience in controlling or the financial sector, ideally in a mid-sized company environment and with experience in complex financial relationships
• Fachliche Kompetenz in Planung & Analyse: Secure handling of budget planning, forecasts, business economic analyses, and a well-developed understanding of numbers
• Schnittstellen- & Verhandlungssicherheit: Experience in cooperation with banks, financial providers, and external partners as well as negotiation skills when dealing with debtors and creditors
• Arbeitsweise & Verantwortungsverständnis: Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style. Additionally, you will have a high level of initiative, responsibility, and reliability.
• Kommunikation & Persönlichkeit: Clear, address-specific communication at eye level as well as the ability to present financial matters in a clear and convincing manner.
