Financial Controller and Operations Manager (m/w/d)

We are Fitnesshotline GmbH, developing and distributing high-quality sports nutrition and supplements under our brand names "Best Body Nutrition" and "Mammut Nutrition" for athletes and ambitious hobby athletes. Our claim is to offer our customers the best products to achieve their sporting goals.

Tasks

• Responsibility for finances, controlling, and operational management
• Planning, steering, and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, and KPIs
• Further development of efficient processes and structures
• Strategic alignment with further development of standards, guidelines, and work processes
• Cash flow evaluation of projects and decisions
• Sparring partner for management and departments
• Analysis of business models, cost structures, and growth potential
• Involvement in automation, digitalization, and scaling

Qualification

• Studies in the field of BWL, Finance, Management, Economics or equivalent
• Experience in the field of Finance, Controlling, Operations or Business Management
• Analytical thinking paired with hands-on mentality
• Understanding of entrepreneurial relationships
• Pleasure in taking responsibility and improving things
• Very good German language skills, English is an advantage
