Head of Financial Accounting (m/f/d) incl. Controlling & Home Office Share

We are looking for you as a

Team Leader Financial Accounting (m/f/d) with interest in further topics, including controlling and tasks for management,

for an established and healthy company in the automotive sector with approx. 70 employees and located in the Ditzingen area.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, you can earn up to €75,000 p.a. here.

After successful onboarding, you will have a home office share of one day per week.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a permanent employment relationship with your new employer from the outset, who would like to employ you for many years.

Tasks

Voilà, this is what your new job looks like!

• You will work hands-on in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting

• You will reconcile accounts and independently prepare monthly financial statements

• You will participate in the annual financial statements and feel confident in preparing them independently in the medium term

• You will prepare VAT and ZM (Intrastat) reports

• Furthermore, you will take care of dunning and payment transactions

• Liquidity planning will also be in your hands

• You will contribute to further process optimization in the area of accounting

• In addition, you will lead a financial accountant

• You will take on special tasks for the management

• In the medium term, this may also include your involvement in further controlling development.

Qualification

This is what you bring with you:

• You have at least three years of experience in a comparable or similar role

• Previous management experience is not a prerequisite

• You have user-level knowledge of DATEV

• You communicate orally and in writing in very good German
