About us

The Trigon Corporate Group is a well-established Berlin-based real estate company with a focus on the development, management, and rental of residential and commercial properties. The portfolio includes around 4,000 residential units and 300 commercial units as well as parking spaces.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung unseres Teams im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Operative Mitarbeit im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Verantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung mehrerer Gesellschaften (Management- und Objektgesellschaften)
• Kontierung und Buchung aller Geschäftsvorfälle sowie Klärung offener Posten und Durchführung von Kontenabstimmungen
• Verantwortung für Zahlungsverkehr, Cash Management sowie die Erstellung der Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
• Vorbereitung und Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater
• Erstellung von Reportings, betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen und Analysen
• Mitarbeit bei Budget- und Liquiditätsplanung
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Strukturen (Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung, Kennzahlen)
• Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung der Finanzprozesse sowie Mitwirkung bei der Implementierung eines neuen ERP-Systems

Qualification

• Completed studies in business administration, economics or a comparable field with a focus on financial and accounting
• Alternatively, completed training as a tax clerk (m/w/d) with further education to accountant (m/w/d) or equivalent qualification
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting according to HGB as well as the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• First leadership experience or team leader skills are advantageous
• Outstanding analytical skills as well as a structured and result-oriented working style
